4. Enrollment and Payment

Enrollment in our programs is subject to application approval. Tuition, payment schedules, and refund policies will be communicated during the admissions process and formalized in a separate enrollment agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, curriculum materials, VR environments, and technology provided through our services are the intellectual property of AltSchool US or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without prior written consent.

6. Job Placement

While we provide comprehensive job placement support, we do not guarantee employment. Placement outcomes depend on various factors including program completion, skill demonstration, local job market conditions, and individual circumstances.

7. Limitation of Liability

AltSchool US shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through our platform. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

9. Governing Law
